INEC Concerned Over The Visibility Of The Campaign Councils.

The  Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has shown concern on the visibility of the campaign council of their political parties as disagreed Strongly to have candidates .

In a speech made on Thursday by the INEC, it's reservations were  made known in Abuja which were signed by a National Commissioner and Chairman of its Information and Voter Education Committee, Barrister Festus Okoye.

Ahead of the  September 19 Governorship election, fourteen political parties have norminated their candidates after the primaries and according to the way of by which political campaign are scheduled, every preparations by the political parties in public should end a day before the election...said Barrister Festus Okoye.

Also, he said that the political parties should be enlightened on the commission policy on conducting election and that they should also observe guidelines given by the health care centers on how to appear in public because of the ongoing covid19.

And they should also inform their supporters to  maintain those rules given, inorder to avoid being disqualified for the election which will be so bad for people of Edo State, as we all know that voting is the only way the supporters of a particular party  can exercise their democratic power.

The people of Edo State needs a good governance that will lead to land of milk and honey so, they should be given the opportunity to vote for their desired candidate.
