PDP Leaders Asked Chief Judge To Withdraw Their Case At The State High Court In Undo State.

The Undo PDP leaders have asked the Judge at the state high court to withdraw their suit over the party congresses  in Undo state.

The recent dispute over the outcome of the party in the both local and state congresses which has been a major issue in  some local governments, has been a remarkable issue of the people's democratic party PDP so far.

And now the in order to avoid further misunderstanding and issues,the leaders of the people's  democratic party have decided to withdraw the case in the state high court as they have told the judge, justice Olarenwaju Akeredolu to of undo state high court to do so.

But before that, some of the local governments have already gone to court to tackle the outcome of the congress and some have also done the otherwise.

"We are tired of the inability of Justice Sunday Olorundahunsi to settle our pending issue before him" some leaders from Akoko Southeast local government wrote in their petition to the chief judge which means  that  the justice couldn't give them justice in their case pending in the court.

And for this reason, the only option they have gotten is to withdraw the case and nothing more than to with withdraw the case.
