The Federal High Court Judge Dismisses PDP National Headquarter Suit.

On Tuesday, Justice Ahmed Mohammed, the judge handling the people's democratic party's (PDP)suit against Ogun EXCO there by rejected the PDP's suit suggesting that the party's powers in Ogun state should conduct party congresses in their state

Justice Ahmed Mohammed said that the case's judgement has already been delivered by another judge of the same high court, justice I.N Buba in a suit marked: FHC/L/CS/636/2016.

Chief Dayo, Mrs. Bimbo Lanre-Balogun, Sampson K. Bamgbose, Mrs. Mulikat Kusimo, Awoyemi. Segun, Alhaji Kola Aknyemi, Hon.Bola Odumosun and Olasunkanmi Oyejde. Justice Mohammed held that who are the defendants in the court noted that they are not in any doubt that the Lagos State division of the high was called to decide if the the first defendant,Chief Dayo and the state executive committee has the power to conduct the party congresses in both ward, local government and state.

Justice Ahmad Muhammad also held that the question that was debated in the court, in the year 2016 has changed the way the case should had been handled,he also said that the parties are the same in both case and Chief Dayo suit,in the year 2016, sued for him self and on behalf of Ogun state PDP EXCO.

Ahmad Muhammad also said that the case has already been settled in the early suit by Justice I.N Buba and the parties should be bound by that judgement of Buba in suit FHC/L/CS/636/2016.

"I see this recent suit as an invitation to review the decision of justice Buba  in suit number 636/2016,which I will not do", Justice Muhammad also reviewed that if at all he is going to look in to the decision of justice Buba in the early suit,he will still stick to his decision which is that it is the national EXCO of the party that has the power to organise and conduct state congresses.
